Ingredients
Composition of essential oils: Citrus limon, Pinus sylvestris, Citrus aurantium sap, Bergamia, lavandula latifolia/spica, cedrus atlantica, Santalum album/rosa damascena, Citrus aurantium, Boswellia carterii, Daucus carota, Canarium luzonicum, Angelica archangelica, Helicrysum italicum, Vetiveria zizanoides, Nardostachys

Usage
On a tissue, handkerchief, or aroma stone, aroma lamp, or Aromapatch, a few drops as preferred. Or via an Arominhaler: drip 20-22 drops into a measuring cup or medicine cup. Hold it slightly tilted and insert the Arominhaler filter. This quickly absorbs the oil. Drop the filter into the casing, secure the cap tightly - apply label = done. Customary dosage via the skin for adults is 1-2% in a base (oil), max 3%. Baths: Foot bath 1-2, sitz bath 2-4, full bath max 5 drops in a neutral bath oil. For elderly/pregnant individuals, use 50-75% of this, depending on medication/size of the application area. Children 25-75% of the adult dosage according to age.

Warnings
Potentially photosensitizing. Avoid exposure to UV light for several hours after skin application. Can be irritating in warm water at high concentrations, especially on sensitive skin. Flammable liquid and vapor. Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe burns and eye damage. May cause an allergic reaction. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from sparks/open flames - no smoking. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a Poison Center or doctor. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
