Terms and Conditions — AtHomePharma

1. Definitions

Trader: At Home Pharma OPVS B.V.; Consumer: a natural person; Distance contract: a contract concluded via an online ordering process; Cooling-off period: 7 days; Durable medium: e.g. email.

3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every distance contract between you and AtHomePharma.

4. The offer

Product information is presented clearly and truthfully. We are not bound by obvious errors.

5. The contract

The contract is concluded upon completion of the ordering process and confirmation of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

7-day cooling-off period following receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of withdrawal. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided the AtHomePharma Refund Policy is complied with.

7. Obligations during the cooling-off period

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Compensation may be claimed if the product’s value has diminished as a result of further use.

8. Exercising the right of withdrawal and costs

Return costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated. Initial delivery charges will be refunded upon full return. Returns must comply with the guidelines set out in our refunds policy (no returns for items with broken seals, hygiene products, cosmetics, etc.).

9. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Does not apply to hygiene products with a broken seal, made-to-measure items, perishable goods, or digital content following consent.

10. Prices and taxes

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Obvious errors are not binding.

11. Conformity and warranty

Products comply with the terms of the contract. The statutory warranty applies.

12. Delivery and performance

Delivery within the specified timeframes. Risk passes on receipt.

12a. Liability & Product Safety

  • No liability for misuse
    AHP accepts no liability for damage, injury or accidents resulting from the incorrect use of products, including but not limited to the risk of suffocation, cuts caused by sharp packaging or other incidents.
  • No liability in the event of dissatisfaction
    AHP accepts no liability if you do not like the product, are not satisfied with it or consider it unsuitable for your personal preferences for any other reason.
  • Customer’s responsibility
    It is the customer’s responsibility to handle products safely, to follow the instructions for use and to keep items out of the reach of children or vulnerable persons.
  • Risico’s van verpakking
    Verpakkingen kunnen scherpe randen of kleine onderdelen bevatten. Klanten wordt geadviseerd voorzichtig te zijn bij het openen of weggooien van verpakkingsmateriaal.
  • Wettelijke beperking
    Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, wijst AHP elke aansprakelijkheid af voor directe, indirecte, incidentele of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit gebruik, verkeerd gebruik of ontevredenheid met producten.

13. Long-term contracts

For subscriptions: terms and conditions clearly communicated in advance.

14. Payment

Via the payment methods offered. In the event of late payment, collection charges will apply following a reminder.

15. Complaints procedure

Contact via info@athomelabels.com. Response within 7 working days.

16. Governing law

Dutch law. The competent court is in Amsterdam.

17. Amendments

The new version applies to new orders and will be published.
