Ingredients
Pinus sylvestris, Boswellia carterii, Aniba roaeodora, Origanum majorana, Lavandula latifolia, Mealeuca cajeputi

Use
A few drops on a tissue, handkerchief or aroma stone, aroma lamp or Aromapatch as preferred. Or via an Arominhaler: drip 20-22 drops into a measuring cup or medicine cup. Hold it slightly tilted and insert the Arominhaler filter. It will quickly absorb the oil. Drop the filter into the casing, secure the cap tightly - label it = done. Not specifically intended for the skin, but possible: adult dosage via the skin: 1 - 3%. Up to 4% can be used on small localized areas. For the elderly via skin or bath: use 50 - 75%, depending on the indication. During pregnancy, lower dosage: 50-75%. Children from 2-7 years: use 50% and 7-12 years 75% of the adult dosage.

Exercise some caution in people with COPD or asthma.
