Ingredients
Blend of essential oils including rosemary, cedar, and cypress, and a hint of citrus.

How to use
Place a few drops as desired on a tissue, handkerchief, scent stone, aromatherapy diffuser, or Aromapatch. Or via an Arominhaler: drip 20-22 drops into a measuring cup or medicine cup. Hold it slightly tilted and insert the Arominhaler filter. It will quickly absorb the oil. Drop the filter into the casing, firmly attach the cap - label it = ready. The usual topical dosage for adults is 2-3% in a base (oil), max 5%. Bathing: Foot bath 2-3, sitz bath 2-5, full bath max 8 drops in a neutral bath oil. For the elderly/pregnant, use 50-75% of this, depending on medication/size of the application area. Children 25-75% of the adult dosage depending on age.

Warnings
Due to the presence of rosemary, avoid as a precaution if prone to epilepsy. For high blood pressure, it is preferable to only diffuse in the room. Flammable liquid and vapor. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes severe skin irritation. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container and/or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from sparks/open flames - no smoking. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison center or doctor. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. DO NOT induce vomiting.
