Usage
Adults: Take 2 sachets (20 ml) per day or 1 sachet (10 ml) twice a day 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. The dosage can be increased to 2 sachets three to four times a day, during periods of increased effort. Children between 4 and 12 years: take half of the adult dose. Vitazyme can be diluted in a glass of water or drink (cold or at room temperature) of your choice. Green tea: Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
