Vitex Agnus Castus, also known as chasteberry or chaste tree, is a plant originating from, among other regions, the Mediterranean, Central Asia, and North America. Extensive scientific research into the herb has allowed us to attribute various properties to chasteberry.
High efficacy due to standardization of 0.5% agnuside and 0.6% aucubin
The most important active compounds of Vitex Agnus Castus are the so-called agnuside and aucubin. Due to the unique standardization of no less than 0.5 percent agnuside and 0.6 percent aucubin, a guaranteed amount of these active compounds is present in the herb.
The other active compound – aucubin – is an active compound with biological applications. This active compound spreads to multiple organs and is primarily effective in women. It is therefore not very surprising that we mainly attribute the applications of chasteberry to women.
No less than 200 mg Vitex Agnus Castus per capsule

Therapeutic effect after three months
It is recommended to take one to two Vitex Agnus Castus capsules daily with a meal. However, some patience with chasteberry is needed. Recent research shows that the therapeutic effect of the herb can be expected after three months of supplementation.
