We offer Vitamin D3 drops in liquid form. With supplements in drop form, you control the dosage, whereas with a capsule or tablet, you are always tied to a specific dosage. In addition, this product comes with a pipette, allowing you to dose the drops optimally without the risk of waste.

Suitable for the whole family
Due to its ease of dosing, this vitamin D3 product is suitable for the whole family. For example, it is easy to determine the recommended dosage of 2 drops for your children with the pipette and administer it with a spoon. As adults, you can maintain a dosage of 5 drops, provided your vitamin D3 balance is sufficient. Insufficient vitamin D3 levels occur in the elderly, people who spend little time outdoors, or people with dark skin. This target group benefits from a vitamin D3 intake of 10 drops or even more.

For the whole year
In fact, vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone that our body can produce itself. Our skin absorbs sunlight and then produces vitamin D, hence its appropriate nickname: the sunshine vitamin. However, the sun shines brightly enough only during the warm spring and summer months to enable our body to produce enough vitamin D itself. Due to the climate in the Benelux, we are therefore susceptible to insufficient levels.

A balanced and vitamin D-rich diet could offer a solution. However, the hormone levels from food are insufficient. Vitamin D supplementation throughout the year therefore seems to be the rule rather than the exception for the average Dutch person.

Best vitamin D form is D3
The form cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) can be found in foods of animal origin. Animals produce vitamin D in the same way as humans, under the influence of UV radiation (sunlight). The form you consume from animal products is even exactly the same vitamin D that our skin produces. Therefore, vitamin D3, compared to the widely used D2 variant, is the most absorbable form for our body.
