Usage
Take 1 to 2 softgel capsules daily. Suitable when trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and during breastfeeding. Adhere to the recommended dosage. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA, in addition to the recommended daily amount of omega-3 fatty acids for adults (250 mg DHA and EPA combined).
