Calcium accounts for almost two percent of our total body weight. This is because the mineral is mainly found in our relatively heavy bones (99 percent).

Unfortunately, the body barely absorbs single calcium. That is why Ostavit contains vitamin D3 in addition to calcium.

Vitamin D increases calcium absorption, but it does not regulate where all that extra calcium ends up. This can lead to unwanted calcium deposits in the kidneys and blood vessels.

Ingredients
Minerals, vitamins, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), HPMC (glazing agent), glycerol (humectant), beeswax (glazing agent), carnauba wax (glazing agent).

Use
Take 2 tablets daily. Preferably with or after the evening meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
