The daily formula contains only the most absorbable forms of vitamin B12: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). Unlike the inactive synthetic variant cyanocobalamin, these biologically active forms no longer require conversion by the stomach and intestines.
