Irritable bowel syndrome is one of the most common disorders of the gut-brain axis. An estimated one in ten people worldwide suffer from it2.

Irritable bowel syndrome is characterised by pain, bloating, abdominal discomfort, a feeling of swelling and other abdominal complaints, with or without variations in stool appearance and disturbed bowel transit (constipation, diarrhoea or alternation of both).

Through its mechanically protective action, Imutis IBS provides a physical interaction with the intestinal mucosa. It creates a mucoadhesive film that protects the mucosa from contact with irritants and at the same time helps repel hazardous substances by counteracting their absorption. Through a physical mechanism, it helps adsorb intestinal gases and remove toxins, thereby reducing the typical complaints of irritable bowel syndrome.

Usage

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet twice a day between or before meals, or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. In case of acute pain, the dose can be doubled. Depending on the intensity of the condition, it is recommended to extend the treatment from 2 to 6 weeks and to repeat it if the first symptoms recur. Read the leaflet before use.
