Primavera Frankincense African

The essential oil of African frankincense (formerly Arabian) has a resinous, sweet, balsamic scent. It has a balancing, cleansing and skin-softening effect and regenerates the skin. The essential oil (Boswellia carterii) is used for skin care and has proven very effective for irritated skin. If astringent properties are desired, African frankincense (formerly Arabian) is an important component of our own aroma blends, for example for skin with coarse pores or for leg care for heavy legs.

The regenerating properties make this essential oil very valuable in scar oils. It is very popular in combination with myrrh as a protective balm for rough, chapped skin. In aromatherapy, the scent of African/Arabian frankincense oil is also used in inspiring blends and supports introspection.

Usage
Maximum 15 drops in 50 ml PRIMAVERA organic sweet almond oil.
