1-2 drops twice a day (80 to 161 mg/day). Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: Massage/bath: 5 - 10 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil
Diffusing: 5 - 10 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room.
Equivalent: 1ml = 925 mg = approximately 23 drops

'rinse' with vegetable oil.
