Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) washed seeds	200 mg
zinc (zinc-L-monomethionine and zinc bisglycinate)	15 mg	150%

Ingredients
Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) washed seeds, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc (zinc-L-monomethionine and zinc bisglycinate).

Usage
1 capsule per day. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months.
