Directions for use
Adults add 2 generous dessert spoons daily to your favourite meals and drinks such as cereals, muesli, yoghurt, quark, porridge, desserts, soups or juices. Be careful not to heat lecithin, as this can reduce its effectiveness.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised otherwise by your healthcare professional.
