Neocate Junior is a dietetic food for medical use in the dietary management of cow's milk allergy, multiple food allergies, and other indications where an elemental diet is recommended. To be used under medical supervision.

Neocate Junior is made from free amino acids and is specifically tailored to the nutritional needs of children with food allergies from 1 year of age, taking into account possible nutritional deficiencies resulting from an elimination diet. It is produced in a cow's milk protein-free environment and is completely cow's milk protein-free. It can be used as a drink or as a tube feed and is suitable as a complete and supplementary dietetic food.

Neocate Junior can be prescribed by your doctor or dietitian for the dietary management of cow's milk allergy, multiple food allergies, complex IgE-mediated allergy (anaphylaxis), gastrointestinal manifestations of food allergy such as EoE and FPIES, and in situations where children from 1 year of age require a medical food based on free amino acids, such as in the case of short bowel syndrome.

Instructions for use
The quantity and concentration of the feed must be determined by a doctor or dietitian and depends on the patient's age, weight, and medical condition.
The recommended feed concentration is 21.1% w/v (1kcal/ml) - to achieve this concentration, add 1 level scoop of powder to 30ml of water. A level scoop provides 7.3g of powder. • Wash your hands, and ensure all utensils are clean. • Measure the recommended amount of water. • Add the prescribed amount of powder to the water. Use only the scoop provided. • Close the shaker and shake the product until the powder is dissolved. If prepared, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Shake or stir immediately before use. Recommended to consume cold if taken orally. N.B.: Do not boil prepared feed. Do not prepare or heat in the microwave.

Recommended to store in a cool and dry place.
Always close the tin tightly after use.
Use within one month of opening.
