Psyllium Husk (Plantago ouata) powder*, Inulin (from Agave plant)*.*Organic

Usage
Preferably take in the morning before meals. Adults: 1 to 2 times a day, mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) with water, yogurt, or fruit juice. Children aged 6-12 years: mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) with water, yogurt, or fruit juice daily. There should be a 2-hour interval between taking medication and using the fibers. Drink the solution immediately as Psyllium absorbs liquid quickly and in large quantities. We advise you to drink enough water throughout the day (1.5 - 2 liters). If in doubt, consult your doctor or general practitioner.
