Usage
Dissolve 1-3 times a day 10 grams of Probiotic AlkaGreens powder (1 heaped scoop) in water, fruit juice or mix into a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before meals. Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women. Ashwagandha: Caution when using thyroid medication. Insufficient data known about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
