All the goodness the sea has to offer. Krill oil capsules contain high-quality Neptune krill oil. Krill (plankton, Euphausia superba) are small shrimp-like creatures, caught in the pristine waters of the South Pole and are the main food source for whales. The capsules consist of 100% pure krill oil and are free from harmful levels of mercury, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, and trans fats, because krill are at the bottom of the food chain and have a short lifespan. Krill oil also does not cause burping, which can sometimes occur with fish oil.

KRILL OIL (crustaceans) (of which total phospholipids), phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, total omega 3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), omega 6 fatty acids, omega 9 fatty acids, astaxanthin, FISH GELATIN (capsule shell).

Usage
The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised. If you are using anticoagulant medication (blood thinners), you should consult an expert before use.

Storage advice
Always close the bag tightly, protect it from sunlight, and store it below 25 degrees, to prevent discoloration or sticking.
