LichtWesen Number 36. Mobility – WATER
Summary
·· Flowing
·· Not losing oneself
·· Reaching the goal
·· Feelings
·· Being in the NOW
·· Endurance
The power of the Earth angel WATER helps us to flow with life. Like water, we find the easiest path to reach our goal. We find the way and reach the goal, even if we don't yet know what that goal looks like. The Earth angel Water helps us to adapt to different situations and conform, without losing ourselves. We can be in the NOW and be at peace with what is happening at that moment. Stuck feelings can start to flow again. The angel gives us endurance in dealing with resistance and blockages.
Questions to better understand yourself and the situation
·· Where in my body is there a blockage; emotionally, energetically, or as tissue fluid?
·· In what situation do I find it difficult to adapt?
·· What feelings am I holding onto?
·· In which situations, where in my body, am I tense, cramped, and/or afraid of losing control?
Additional instructions regarding this LichtWesen essence
Some people use the essence to energetically improve the quality of water. They add a few drops to their drinking water or attach a bottle of Water essence to their water pipe. Swimming pool owners report that the water in their pool has also improved after they added a bottle of Water essence to it.
Exercise on the theme
Stand loosely upright, knees slightly bent, feet about shoulder-width apart. Now imagine you are standing in a gently flowing river. The water has a pleasant temperature. Notice how the water flows around you, creating small, soft eddies. Then become like a water plant, moving gently with the flow of the water. Effortlessly, you are gently moved by the current. Allow your body to move lightly and fluidly like the water plant. You can let your arms and hands become parts of the plant, dancing with the water. Finally, ask the earth angel Water to stabilize mobility and "flowing with the current" within you.
