Additional information regarding this LichtWesen essence
Helps in situations where one needs grounding or finds earthly life difficult.
Exercise on the theme
If possible, stand barefoot on a meadow or lawn. If you are indoors, imagine the meadow under your feet. Then begin to walk consciously and slowly. When you lift your foot, inhale, when you put your foot down, exhale and consciously touch the ground beneath you. Now invite the power of Earth and imagine, as you inhale, how this power fills your entire body. As you exhale, allow whatever burdens you to flow into the earth and be transformed by the earth. Ask the Earth angel Earth to lovingly stabilize the connection between you and the earth.
