Lamberts was one of the first companies to produce capsules containing live bacteria (over 30 years ago), and we have developed expertise in this area. To ensure targeted release of acid-sensitive ingredients such as live bacteria, we use:
• Special capsules with a delayed release (DR Caps technology).
• A special drying agent on the inside of the tube with the
capsules.
• Optimal storage conditions until dispatch
• Vegetarian capsules made from vegetable cellulose with a 3 times lower moisture content than typical gelatin-based capsules.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus. Lactobacillus plantarum & Bifidobacterium bifidum 25 x 10 9 (25 billion) live bacteria*

Bacterial Culture (contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum & Bifidobaterium bifidum), Brown Rice Flour, Capsule: (Hypromellose and Gellan Gum), Anti-caking Agent (Stearic Acid).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily, unless otherwise advised. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the stomach's pH is highest (less acidic). Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks, as heat kills bacteria.
Storage instructions
Store dry and preferably in the refrigerator (< 20°C).
