When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Iron, as bisglycinate, is a novel amino acid iron chelate that has better bioavailability and is associated with a milder effect on the stomach compared to iron salts. Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, is well absorbed. Combined with Lysine (USP-grade), an amino acid most commonly found in foods of animal origin, it is the perfect supplement, especially for those following a vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients
L-Lysine HCl, Bulking agents (Dicalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Iron (Bisglycinate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
Use
Take 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Use only water or fruit juice to swallow the tablets. Do not use milk or other protein drinks. For best results: swallow tablet whole, ½ to 1 hour before a meal or on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
