Lamberts was one of the first companies to produce capsules containing live bacteria (over 30 years ago), and we have developed expertise in this area. To ensure targeted release of acid-sensitive ingredients such as live bacteria, we use:

• Special capsules with a delayed release (DR Caps technology).
• A special drying agent on the inside of the tube containing the capsules.
• Optimal storage conditions until dispatch
• Vegetarian capsules made from vegetable cellulose with a 3 times lower moisture content than typical gelatin-based capsules.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus 8 x 10 ⁹ (8 billion) live bacteria*

Ingredients
Bacterial Culture (contains Bifidobacterium bifidus and Lactobacillus acidophilus), Capsule (Hypromellose & Gellan Gum), Anti-caking Agent (Stearic Acid).

Usage
Adults and children >12: Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.
Children from 4 to 12 years: Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised.
Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning as this is when the stomach's pH is at its highest (not as acidic).
Do not take the capsules with or within half an hour of consuming hot food and/or hot drinks: heat kills bacteria.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry and cool place (< 20°C) (preferably in the refrigerator).
