Usage
Cats and dogs up to 10 kg: 5 drops twice daily mixed with food.Dogs 10 to 25 kg: 7 drops twice daily mixed with food.Dogs 25 to 40 kg: 10 drops twice daily mixed with food.Dogs from 40 kg: 15 drops twice daily mixed with food.During recovery periods and as part of our Intestinal Protocol, we recommend giving the above dosage once daily.Unless otherwise prescribed by the veterinarian or therapist.20 drops = 1 mlTo allow the animal to get used to the product, it is recommended to start with 1/3 of the above dosage and gradually increase to the recommended amount over one week.For sensitive animals or in case of strong reactions, it is advisable to use a lower amount than usual, unless otherwise advised by the veterinarian.Use as a 6-week course. Depending on the results, the course can be extended afterwards. After 6 weeks of use, always take a one-week break.

Storage advice
Interactions and contraindications Do not use in case of stomach ulcers, gallstones, bile duct obstruction, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and organ transplants. Use during pregnancy and lactation only in consultation with the veterinarian or therapist. Also, do not give the product to weakened or very sick animals. Cleansing costs a lot of energy! When the body is already under extra strain (e.g., due to illness), a drainage course can be too strenuous. This can even hinder recovery. The same applies to operations: do not give Drainage Compositum immediately before an operation, but wait until the animal has recovered from the procedure. Only use the product after the animal has been able to restore its basic energy. Drainage Compositum can then help excrete waste products from anaesthesia. Due to the cleansing action via the liver, it is theoretically possible that medications metabolized by the liver may be less or differently effective. Consult your veterinarian about the use of Drainage Compositum in combination with medications. Special features During the use of Drainage Compositum, waste products are released to be eliminated by the excretory organs. These waste products are transported through the blood. The amount of waste products in the blood will temporarily be higher due to the use of Drainage Compositum. This can cause a feeling of fatigue, and animals may become somewhat listless. Drainage Compositum can sometimes cause a slight aggravation of existing symptoms in the beginning. This possible aggravation should in no case be so severe that the animal becomes genuinely ill. By gradually building up the use (see instructions for use), you will largely prevent initial aggravation of symptoms. If such symptoms persist for longer than 3 to 4 weeks (usually any initial aggravation lasts about 2 weeks), it is advisable to contact your veterinarian or therapist. Drainage Compositum poses no danger to the microchip that many pets carry. Occasionally, stories circulate that a cleansing course would expel all foreign substances, including the microchip. This is not the case. In earlier years, when a different type of chip was used and people were not yet so skilled in correctly placing it, it often happened that a chip would 'wander' through the body. However, this is not a result of Drainage Compositum. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Store dry, dark, and cool before and after opening.
