The body cannot produce essential fatty acids itself and must therefore be ingested through food. Choline is an important semi-vitamin found in milk, eggs, and peanuts, among other foods.
Choline supports the cleansing function of the liver and fat metabolism.
DHA is good for brain function* and the combination of DHA and EPA is important for normal blood fat levels** and good for the heart***.
