When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact a member of our customer service team if your order isn’t to your liking or doesn’t meet your needs. We want to resolve this for you as quickly and easily as possible.
Step 1: Fill in the return details on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Then download a copy of the returns form. Would you like to exchange the product for another one? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. Any changes to your credit card statement should appear within two billing cycles.

Derma Man Face Gel is a light, oil-free facial care product specially developed for sensitive and irritated male skin. The formula provides intense hydration, soothes after shaving, and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue.

Aqua, Propanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate Starch, Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol
Warnings
For external use only
– Do not apply to damaged skin, open wounds, or in the eyes.
– In case of contact with eyes: rinse thoroughly with water.

– In case of redness, itching, rash, or a burning sensation: discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary.
Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients
– Check the INCI list if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Keep out of reach of children
– Especially due to the small packaging with pump mechanism or cap.
Do not mix with other products
– Do not add essential oils or other active substances. This can affect stability or skin safety.
Storage advice
Store at room temperature– Ideally between 15°C and 25°C.– Avoid storing in warm places (such as in direct sunlight or next to a heater) or in cold, damp rooms.Close tightly after use– Always close the cap or pump properly to prevent drying out and contamination of the product.Keep dry and clean– Store in a dry place in the bathroom or on a clean shelf outside the direct shower area.Shelf life after opening– Check the PAO symbol on the packaging (e.g., “12M” = 12 months after opening).Keep out of reach of children– Especially for pump packaging to prevent unintended use.
