Legal instructions for use
Product for repelling mosquitoes and ticks in humans. Protects the user on average for 10 hours against bites from common mosquitoes and Anopheles mosquitoes (carrier of the parasite that can cause malaria), 9 hours against bites from Aedes mosquitoes (carrier of the yellow fever virus), and 5 hours against bites from ticks (Ixodes). The protection time against some aggressive tropical tick species may be shorter.

N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide (deet) 48.5% w/w (Cas 134-62-3), Ethanol 50.0% w/w) Cas 64-17-5

Dosage/use
Cover your skin as much as possible with clothing when going outside. Wear long pants, long-sleeved tops, closed-toe shoes, and socks. Use Anti-Insect Deet 50% lotion to apply to exposed skin. Apply the mosquito repellent with the palm of your hand. Put a small amount of lotion on your fingertips and spread it over your face. Wash your hands and then apply it to the backs of your hands. Always keep your fingers free for eating or drinking.

Ensure that the Anti-Insect Deet 40% spray does not come into contact with damaged skin (wounds, sunburn), eyes, nose, nostrils, mouth, lips, and mucous membranes. Do not apply the mosquito repellent under clothing or on areas where the skin bends a lot, such as elbow and knee creases. For children, avoid using Anti-Insect Deet 40% spray on areas that can easily come into contact with eyes and mouth, such as hands and forearms.
Do not use this product during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 13 years of age. If protection is no longer needed or side effects occur, wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water. Do not apply the product directly from the packaging to the face. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If unwell, consult a doctor immediately and show the label if possible. Keep this product away from ignition sources, food, drinks, and animal feed. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C or in small, poorly ventilated spaces. Close the packaging tightly after use. Dispose of residues with small chemical waste.
