The maca plant is a tuberous vegetable and belongs to the cabbage and radish family. Maca originally comes from the Andes Mountains of South American Peru. This maca powder is made from this plant and is highly recommended as a supplement to your healthy daily diet.
Use
. In a smoothie: Add a teaspoon of maca powder to your favourite smoothie for an extra energy boost. It pairs well with fruits, vegetables, and other supplements.
. In oatmeal or cereal: Sprinkle a teaspoon of maca powder over your oatmeal or other cereals for a nutritious and energising breakfast.
. In coffee or tea: Maca powder can be mixed with your coffee or tea for an extra boost without the caffeine from coffee. It has a mild, nutty flavour that goes well with hot drinks. Use one teaspoon of maca powder.
. In baking recipes: You can add a teaspoon of maca powder to baked goods such as muffins, pancakes, or cookies for a healthy twist.
. In water or juice: Mix a teaspoon of maca powder in water or a healthy juice, such as orange juice or apple cider, for a quick intake.
