Usage
Unless otherwise recommended, take one tablet twice daily with or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not use in case of biliary tract disorders

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect.
Ashwagandha: Use with caution if taking thyroid medications.
