Usage
3 capsules daily with a meal, 2 with breakfast, 1 with lunch or as professionally prescribed. Do not take on an empty stomach.Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
