Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. Usage
1 cap./day in the morning with a meal
Storage advice
As dried black cohosh root contains tannins, iron supplements should be taken at a different time than tannin-containing products. Ashwagandha should not be used in cases of hemochromatosis. Consult a physician when using antidepressants, antihypertensive drugs, diabetes medication, or immunosuppressants. Consult your doctor about the use and duration of use. Do not use in case of liver disorders. Not recommended for known cross-allergies, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family. Not recommended for children under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a physician in case of hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment. Store sealed and cool, out of reach of children.
