Directions for use
Cold: Store the compress in its storage bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use. Apply a cold compress with the comfortable fleece side to the desired area of the body. Do not apply cold therapy to the same area for longer than 5 minutes.
Warm: Wrap the compress in a cloth without a storage bag and heat it in the microwave at 700-800 watts for 30 to a maximum of 50 seconds. Place the warm compress with the comfortable fleece side on the desired area of the body. To warm compresses that have not yet cooled, heat them in the microwave in 5-10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.

Before use, always check that the temperature is not too cold or too hot.
Hypothermia can cause local frostbite.
Overheating may cause local burns.
When using directly on the skin, the comfort fleece side should be applied to the skin.
Use in children only under adult supervision.
Heat compresses: Heat the compresses only in the microwave, according to the instructions. Do not heat in the oven, grill, or bath.
The storage cover is used to store the compresses hygienically. The storage cover should be removed before heating in the microwave.
Keep an eye on the compress while heating it in the microwave. If the compress expands, turn off the microwave immediately.
Avoid overheating and excessive external pressure. This may cause the compress to burst and the contents to leak out.
Do not place the compresses wet in the freezer.
Do not swallow the contents.
If the contents of the compress come into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children.
Clean the compress with a damp cloth and let it dry. Do not clean the compresses in the washing machine or with other appliances.
Do not use:
