Folaat, ook wel bekend als vitamine B11, is een essentiële B-vitamine die een rol speelt in verschillende processen in het lichaam. Folaat 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolaat) is de biologisch actieve vorm van folaat die direct door het lichaam kan worden gebruikt en van nature in het bloed voorkomt.
Folaat 5-MTHF van APB Holland is uniek door:

Samenstelling

Ingredienten
Folaat (5-MTHF) - vitamine B11, plantaardige capsule (HPMC).
Gebruik
1 capsule per dag innemen, bij voorkeur voor de maaltijd. Houdt u zich aan de aanbevolen dosering, tenzij anders geadviseerd. Raadpleeg voor gebruik een deskundige in geval van lactatie, ziekte en/of medicijngebruik.
Bewaaradvies
Bij kamertemperatuur (15-25ºC) op een droge, donkere plaats bewaren. Buiten bereik van jonge kinderen houden. Deze niet licht doorlatende verpakking zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit zo lang mogelijk behouden blijft.
