Omega-Fish 1000 is a pure, unprocessed form of fish oil which is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-Fish 1000 contains natural triglycerides (TG) and not the artificially obtained ethyl esters as are often found in fish oil products with an increased percentage of omega-3 fatty acids. These ethyl esters are foreign to the body and will first have to be converted into usable triglycerides or free fatty acids. A small amount of vitamin E has been added as an antioxidant. When consuming large amounts of fatty fish and fish oil, it is recommended to use an antioxidant formula such as Oxi-Protector (Medium). Polyunsaturated fatty acids tend to oxidize quickly (go rancid). This can nullify the health benefits of fish oil.
The Label Reference Intake Value for omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA proposed by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) is 250 mg.

Use
1 to 3 softgels daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed. Burping can usually be prevented by taking fish oil with a meal, so that it is, as it were, encased by the food. Never take with a lukewarm or warm liquid. Store in a cool, dry place. Packaging contains desiccant sachet - not for consumption.
