Do not use a hairdryer.\n\nSTEP 1: Apply the shampoo\nApply Prioderm Anti-Lice Shampoo to dry hair, ensuring hair and scalp are fully covered. Use a towel to protect eyes and exposed skin. Massage from root to tip. Pay extra attention to the area behind the ears and the hairline at the back of the head. Leave the product on for 5 to 15 minutes (no longer). Do not cover the hair. (Combing the hair immediately after application will distribute the product better throughout the hair.) After application, secure long hair with a clip so it does not come into contact with the skin.\n\nSTEP 2: Washing the hair\nAfter 5 to 15 minutes, apply a little water to the hair. It is important that the hair is wet during washing. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water. Repeat if necessary to completely rinse out the shampoo. Towel dry the hair (do not use a hairdryer, as the hot air from the hairdryer can worsen scalp irritation). Using a conditioner makes combing easier.\n\nSTEP 3: Combing the hair with a lice comb\nComb the hair to remove lice and nits. Divide the hair into several sections and comb one section at a time. Place the teeth of the comb as close to the scalp as possible and comb from the scalp to the ends of the hair. Secure each section of combed hair with a clip.
